Behind The Scenes | I Love Autumn TAG

Hi guys

So as autumn is the best time of year ever as it is my birthday. I have been filming some autumn themed videos for my you tube channel and I thought I would do a little behind the scenes of filming them series:

So far I have filmed all of my videos at my friends house as the lighting is a lot better for filming, also she loves filming and editing videos so she helps me. I am also awful at using computers (they just confuse me). 

The first video was the 'I love autumn tag'. Firstly I found questions on the Internet and I wrote the answers down on a whiteboard because otherwise I would ramble on and on and it would take hours to film the video.

Next my friend helps me with the set up and getting the camera in the right place. 

Then I get all the things I am using in the video ready next to where I am sat. 

Then we start filming. 

After filming we upload the footage onto the computer and start editing, the time it takes to edit depends on the length of the video. 

When it is edited we upload the video onto YouTube write the description and schedule it to go up on the Sunday

My First Ever Haul | Collab with Emsi Rose

This post is a bit overdue but i hope you enjoy it.

Today's post has a lot of firsts, as it is my first ever haul and it's also my first collab, yes I am finally doing a collab and it is with... Drum roll please.... Emsi Rose (click here to visit her blog)

So recently I have done my work experience, but on the Monday and Tuesday the place where I was working wasn't open so...... I went SHOPPING. YAAAAAAAY.

On the Monday I went with my best friend Emsi Rose (click here), and on the Tuesday I went with my Aunt and one of my Cousins.

I bought quite a lot over the two days from various shops such as: Primark, Superdrug, Claire's, Topshop and Waterstones.

My Morning Routine | Weekday

Hi Guys,

Just like most people I have a morning routine. My weekday routine is quite different to my weekend routine. So here it is...

During the week I get woken up by my delightful alarm (note the sarcasm) at 7:15. I have two alarms the first one goes off at 7:10 but I tend to go back to sleep, which I know is not good, but still. I then lie in bed on social media listening to my radio for about ten minutes.

After managing to drag myself out of bed I have a shower, my current favourite body wash is ‘The Body Shop’ Strawberry body wash. If I wash my hair I will use the ‘Aussie’ Miracle Moist shampoo and conditioner; I have trained my hair so I only have to wash it on Wednesdays and Sundays. Whilst I am in the shower I will wash my face, for the past few weeks I have been using the Yesto™ cucumbers for sensitive skin.

After showering I will put on my school uniform and then have my breakfast. Normally, I will eat cereal or toast and a smoothie. Then if I have time I will do my hair and makeup but a lot of the time I will just leave my hair down or put it up in a ponytail.

Then I will wait for my bezzie and walk to school.

Special Moments | Housewarming Party

Hi Guys,

So as I mentioned in my February Favorites (here), I have recently moved house; about a week ago we had a housewarming party. I really enjoyed this and it was one of those moments that made me so, so happy as I got to see all of my friends from where I used to live meet all of my school friends. This was one of those special moments that I will cherish for the rest of my life. I didn't get any pictures as I was having too much fun spending time with people that I haven’t seen in months. 

This was one of the most amazing days, there was amazing food, music (in small areas of the house) and people there and I am so happy that everyone that came could come because it made the day extra special. I know this post is a bit different but I hope you enjoyed it.

Things That Make Me Happy

Hi Guys,
So recently a lot of things have happened in my family life, I am not going to say what because it is very personal and I may share what has happened in the future but not right now. As some of you may have  gathered Emsi Rose is a very close friend of mine, she told me to try and do something every day that makes me smile or think of at least five different things that make me happy. At first I thought that this would be quite difficult because I thought it would be the same things everyday but I have somehow managed to do this, even if it is something as small as listening to music or reading a book.

So today I am going to share with you guys some of the things that make me happy:

1. I love listening to all different types of music and finding new artists.
2. There are so many Youtubers who's videos make me smile.
3. I am such a book worm, I know it's really bad but I will sometimes read till about 1 in the morning.
4. Spending time with my friends always makes me smile and takes my mind off other things that are going on.
5. I spend so much time snuggled up on the sofa watching films so this obviously had to be included.

A Mini Update!

Hello Everyone, its Emsi Rose here!
This title sounds like a serious announcement but its not! Don't worry. I just wanted to give you guys an update on behalf of Emma. As she said in her last post (HERE) she has just moved house and the other day wifi was installed, yay! A new post should be up soon and a few more surprises but she is going on a family holiday for a week, everyone is so busy at the moment.

February Favourites

Hi Guys,

Sorry I haven't posted anything in a while, it's just I'm moving house in about 2 days which means my life is a bit hectic. Anyways this is going to be my February favourites.

Makeup and beauty favourites

• Rimmel match perfection foundation - I love this as it is the only foundation that properly suits my skin type and tone.

• Bourjois smokey eye eyeliner - This is amazing as it is so soft and is so easy to apply.

• Benefit gimme brow - I don't usually fill in my brows but I use this as it sets them and colours them slightly.

• Sleek rose gold blush - this blush is brilliant as it gives you a nice flushed colour as it is pink with flecks of gold.

• Benefit foaming cleanse - since starting using this I have seen such a big difference in my skin. 

• Zoella makeup bag - I love Zoella and I couldn't wait to try some of her beauty products I love the bag as it holds all of my 'everyday' makeup I also have her fizz bar but I haven't used it yet.

Random favourites

•  Jolly Ranchers - we don't have these in England but one of my friends brought me some back from Canada and they are amazing my favourite flavour is probably Blue Raspberry. 

• Love, Tanya by Tanya Burr - it is an amazing book there are so many makeup tips and how you can start out on YouTube which I found extremely useful.

• 5 Seconds of Summer - when I say this I mean their albums, their book, I love them so much.

• Sam Smith - his album is amazing he is such a talented artist. 

• Ed Sheeran - again his album is fantastic it's one of those albums that you can just listen to and it makes you smile.

So these are a few of my February favourites I will try and post again soon, but I won't make any promises as when I have moved house I will have to go a week without Wi-Fi. So I hope you have a great week.

Goodbye 2014

Hi Guys,
Firstly, HAPPY NEW YEAR! Secondly, I know Blogmas was a massive fail, and I would like to say I have a list of excuses but the only ones I can think of are that throughout December I was quite ill and I was very busy, but I hope you will forgive me, sorry.

Anyway I hope you all had a brilliant Christmas. 2014 wasn't the best year for blogging as I only put up seven posts.
As it is a new year I have thought of a few new years resolutions, which are:

1. Attempt to write and post more on my blog, as I love doing it because its my little space where I can be myself and where people can enjoy reading my posts.
2. Answer my phone more, a lot of my friends and family will tell you that I am awful at answering my phone.
3. This last one may sound a bit cheesy but just enjoy myself and do more things that make me smile.

There are so many things that I am exited about that are happening this year, but there is one thing that I have been contemplating doing for a while which is starting a Youtube channel. I have been wanting to do this for a while now but I have never really had the confidence to do this, some days I have thought about filming a video but then something happens that makes me think about if I should do it, another factor is that once when I was going to make a video I couldn't find the tripod to put my camera on so I asked my brother where it was, but all he did was ask so many questions about why I needed it, and what youtube channel. So I think stopped me from doing it. I love watching so many different youtubers and they inspired me and I thought that it would be amazing if something that I have created and spent time doing could make other people happy, or inspire them.

Any way I hope you have a brilliant new year, and sorry that got a bit deep near the end. I will keep you posted on the Youtubey thing.
